The plant of the Distillery-Winery of Thrace S.A. is located in a privately-owned plot of 20.000 sq. m. in the Komotini Industrial Zone with buildings of 7.300 sq. m. 

The equipment consists of 6 stills for the production of Ouzo distillate and 4 high-performance stills of a capacity of 1,000 l. each for the Tsipouro distillation, 3 bottling lines with a capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour, stainless tanks with a total capacity of 1.500.000 l. for storing the finished products, as well as all the necessary machinery and equipment supporting the production activities.
